Terms and Conditions – Galway Turas
1. Introduction
These terms and conditions, along with our Privacy Policy, govern the business operations of Galway Turas (referred to as “Galway Turas”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By booking a tour with us, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the following terms.

2. Booking and Confirmation
2.1 Online Bookings
- Once your booking is complete, you will receive a confirmation email with your booking reference.
- A receipt will be sent to the email address provided during booking.
2.2 Bookings via Phone
- You will receive confirmation via email with your booking reference.
3. Insurance
- Galway Turas carries third-party liability insurance for all passengers.
- Travel insurance is not included in the tour price and is the responsibility of the customer.
4. Personal Belongings and Luggage
- We do not accept responsibility for lost, damaged, or stolen items.
- Each passenger is allowed up to two pieces of luggage.
- If you plan to bring additional luggage, please notify us in advance.
5. Cancellations, Refunds & Amendments
5.1 Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations made 7 or more days before departure: Full refund, minus a €50 administration fee.
- Cancellations made less than 7 days before departure: No refund.
5.2 Rescheduling & Changes
- Customers may request changes to their booking, subject to availability.
- Contact Galway Turas via email, and we will assist with the rescheduling if possible.
5.3 Cancellations by Galway Turas
In rare cases, Galway Turas may cancel a tour due to:
- Inability to provide transportation.
- Safety concerns, including political instability, natural disasters, or health emergencies.
- Customers will receive a full refund processed within 3 working days.
6. Admission Fees
- Admission fees for any attractions visited during the tour are not included in the tour price. Customers are responsible for purchasing their own tickets where required.
7. Pick-up & Drop-off
- Pick-up: Arranged by the customer in the Galway area for convenience.
- Drop-off: Arranged by the customer for flexibility and comfort in the Galway Area.
8. Tour Changes & Responsibilities
- Galway Turas reserves the right to modify routes, stops, and schedules due to unforeseen circumstances.
- We are not responsible for missed connections due to delays beyond our control (e.g., weather or traffic).
- Tour prices are subject to change, but once booked, your price remains fixed.
9. Customer Responsibilities
- Customers must be 18+ years old unless accompanied by an adult.
- You are responsible for any damages caused while on tour.
- Respectful behavior towards other guests and staff is required.
10. Feedback & Complaints
- We encourage customers to provide feedback or address concerns during the tour.
- For formal complaints, email info@galwayturas.com within 30 days of your tour date.
